Bridge 2 Greatness, Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to the belief that stability and success are not privileges, they are bridges that any of us can help build.

From crisis to stability. From stability to greatness.
We provide a coordinated continuum of services: independent living, transitional housing, workforce development, financial literacy, youth programs, food assistance, and economic empowerment, so that no one has to bridge the gap alone.

We picture a city where a hard chapter does not define a whole story, where housing, work, and education are accessible, and where greatness is celebrated wherever it shows up.

T. Desiree Hairston
Founder & Executive Director
BUILDING THE BRIDGE SHE ONCE NEEDED
T. Desiree Hairston’s connection to the mission of Bridge 2 Greatness is personal. As a young, single mother navigating life without the guidance and resources she needed, she eventually entered a transitional shelter with her children.
Through transitional living, Desiree learned firsthand the value of stability, structure, accountability, access to resources, and having the right support while working toward independence.
She carried those lessons forward, building a successful career with a Fortune 500 company while never forgetting the principles that helped her move forward. Today, those same principles help shape Bridge 2 Greatness. As Founder and Executive Director, Desiree is committed to creating practical pathways that help others move from survival toward stability, independence, and long-term success. Bridge 2 Greatness is, in many ways, the bridge she once needed.

Brings a background in sociology and criminal justice, along with experience in reentry and diversion programs.

2025 Million Meal Pack
Two Bridge 2 Greatness representatives participated in the 2025 Million Meal Pack, joining volunteers in a large-scale effort supporting food-insecurity relief across Georgia.
Christmas Drive — December 2025
Bridge 2 Greatness helped organize and participated in a community Christmas drive providing donated gifts and holiday support to families. Children were also offered snacks and refreshments to take with them as they left the event.
