Street outreach
Trained outreach workers connect with unhoused neighbors, build trust, and offer pathways into housing and care.
Mobile resource fairs
Monthly events in partner neighborhoods offering food, ID assistance, health screenings, and program enrollment.
Faith & civic partnerships
Long-term partnerships with congregations, libraries, and schools that anchor outreach in trusted spaces.
Crisis response
Rapid mobilization during weather emergencies, displacement events, and other community crises.
Outreach builds the on-ramp to every other program we run.
Last year, our outreach team made over 11,000 community contacts, distributed more than 32,000 essential items, and referred more than 1,400 neighbors into formal programs.
